If your household is anything like ours, you have the potential to consume a lot of mozzarella cheese. At this time of year we go through it by the pound--on homemade pizzas, caprese salads, marinated with fresh herbs and olive oil. We just can't get enough.
To lighten our grocery store budget and add to our DIY skillset, we've invited to Nona Schulz lead us through the process of turning whole milk into cheese. We'll have some to sample and recipes for cheese and marinades. Come on out an learn with us!
