Bonny Alkover--renowned seamstress and nurse extraordinare--will walk us through this beginner's sewing project.
On the appointed day, arrive at the given address with the following items, plus any embellishments you'd like to use. You'll lay out and cut the fabric, piece it together, and watch as Bonny assembles one. Then you'll sew your own as she supervises and
offers suggestions.
Needed:
• 1 yard of 44/45-inch fabric (medium- to heavyweight, upcycling encouraged) • 3 yards of 1/2-inch double-fold bias tape
• fabric scissors
• sewing machine

Pattern, instruction, pins, coffee, tea, light snacks.
