Mon, Feb 22: Perfect Pie Crust, with Lard! Presented by Nona Schulz

"I like to get together with a group of friends and make a bunch of these pot pies. We make chicken and beef. The work goes fast and everyone takes some home.

They go in the freezer and we enjoy them all winter. They're sooooo good!"

What: Pie Crust Class with the inimitible Nona Schulz

What you'll bring: 1) A small-ish pie tie. 2) A bottle of wine if you want to sip while you learn.

What you'll take home: 1) Nona's personal hand-perfected recipe 2) tips & techniques 3) a chicken or veggie pot pie, ready for freezer or oven and, 4) new friendships!
